Part 4 of my series and countdown of the top 55 (56) rappers in my all time list. The last edition ended with Big Boi of the illustrious group Outkast at number 37 so let's continue.
36. Ja Rule - He is definately not the best lyricist to ever enter the game but he was the top artist from 2001 until 2003 or so until a beef with 50 Cent derailed what was a successful career. His debut album was

Album Review- Redman-Reggie
Redman is pretty much a hip-hop legend. He is one of the most famous rappers from New Jersey, and one of the biggest smokers in hip-hop. He's even one half of hip-hops version of a buddy comedy with his buddy Method Man. Consistent he has been, and if you're a fan of his style, you would not ever be displeased, though his albums have tended to be long winded and rambling in nature. Much like

Album Review- Kid Cudi- Man on the Moon II the Legend of Mr. Rager
I took some flack for killing Cudi on his first LP and if you're that sensitive about Cudi, then please leave now because this one is going to be even worse and even shorter. It's Alive!!!
The biggest phrase of the past few years has been Hip-Hop is dead. Let me tell you, it ain't. It may not live in the mainstream as much as it should, but it's still around and today it popped up in a big way for me. I might try to find a way to post some music so you can hear it, but I don't like having my posts removed when I share something.First Ima say CNN, that's Capone-n-Noreaga must be

What Happened to Soundtracks?
Does anyone else remember the day when you would cop a soundtrack before you saw the movie? At this moment I'm listening to the Jason's Lyric soundtrack, specifically LL Cool J's "Candyman". The cd was solid from front to back with mostly a West Coast feel but it was hot. The soundtracks used to have joints that you couldn't find anywhere else but it was worth it. It was a tight mixture of rap
